He spoke directly, gently, and respectfully to our child—listening carefully and explaining everything in a way that was clear, age-appropriate, and reassuring. He made sure they felt understood, involved, and safe every step of the way. His bedside manner is exceptional: calm, kind, and professional. On the day of surgery, he answered all our questions with great clarity, and after the procedure, took the time to explain the findings thoroughly and kindly. We are so grateful for his expertise, warmth, and compassion. Mr Kumar is a credit to the NHS and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him as our consultant. Thank you, Mr Kumar.
